Landscape and architectural Rendering usually put both is the rendering page. But there should be one part to focus on. In the image below, that clearly the landscape design pop up, and the architectural building just located on left of the corner to become a part of the background. This give people a big contrast that know at the first glance which is important.

Good analysis of composition. I think the focus on the landscape is also created by having the sky and the buildings almost grey, and all the color is in the landscape, which makes it seem very appealing.
